During the Financial Crisis of 2009, I was laid off from my full-time position, and almost immediately re-hired as a contracted employee for that very same company. It was in that moment when I realized that every business has a need, but not every need requires a full-time employee, and BusyBee-Remote Business Solutions, LLC came to fruition.
Since that time, I have continued my contracted work for businesses of all sizes and gradually focused my efforts on (and found a love for) Bookkeeping. I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and have a strong attention to detail, I am focused, and I pick up on new concepts quickly.
I consider myself a lifelong learner and I love and embrace new challenges. I love to empower business owners with the tools they need to grow and succeed in their own business.

Pete spent most of his adult life working as a Director in Corporate America and joined BusyBee to work side by side with his wife, Tera in the summer of 2021.
With the freedom of owning their own business, Pete is thankful for the opportunity to be present at his children's ball games and school functions - something that he missed while working in Corporate America.
He brings laughter to anyone around, and is deeply committed to his family.
Pete is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and brings a vast amount of business and leadership knowledge to BusyBee.

Amy joined the BusyBee Team in the Summer of 2023, she brings over 20 years experience in office and administrative experience.
Amy enjoys bird watching, relaxing with pilates, and completing interesting puzzles.

Misty Ottenberg

Misty joined the BusyBee Team in Fall of 2023, and brings 5+ years of bookkeeping experience to the BusyBee Team. Misty is eager to learn new skills to help improve your client experience.
She enjoys spending time with her family and is always ready to talk about books or trivia in her spare time.

Gina joined the BusyBee Team in early 2024, and brings 25 years of Bookkeeping and Accounting experience with her.
In her free time, Gina loves traveling with her husband anywhere from Savannah to New York to Paris, with Germany on her list in the near future. She also loves spending time with her kids and grandbabies
