Rate and Payment:

Because work is available to our clients in real time, BusyBee requires that a recurring Credit Card or ACH Authorization form be signed and monthly rates are paid at the beginning of each month. Packages are subject to an hourly rate, if work goes beyond the scope of work stated in the service agreement, and additional fees will be applied to the next month's charge. All packages are based on your company's gross annual revenue and are subject to change based on your company's individual bookkeeping needs.

What does "Remote" mean for my bookkeeping services?

BusyBee is a remote business, meaning that we do not report to one specific location. We are available via phone, email, or video chat. If you are within our local operating area, we are available for in person consultations, but the work will be completed remotely.

What is an "Onboarding" Fee?

The one time onboarding fee includes the integration of your business information into your QuickBooks Online subscription, a review and customization of your chart of accounts, a review and customization of your P&L, and the connection of your bank and cc accounts.

How will my information remain secure?

Because BusyBee operates remotely, we use a cloud based file storage system such as Dropbox, Google Docs or Virtual Private Network to privately and securely exchange information with clients.

Can I operate QuickBooks Online myself?

If you prefer to handle your Bookkeeping needs alone, but need a little help getting set-up, BusyBee can create your account, input your info, create a personalized chart of accounts, integrate your bank and credit card information and complete a brief training course for a one-time fee of $500.

Catch up:

Catch-up work is available starting at $200 per month behind and is priced according to the number of transactions and months of catch up required. A one-time onboarding fee of $250 is also required. The onboarding fee and payment equal to half of the determined catch up fee is required up front before work begins. 

Is the QuickBooks Subscription cost included in my package?

No. QuickBooks Online offers many different subscription levels and often offers promotional rates for subscribing. Therefore, the QBO subscription level will be chosen for each individual business based on their bookkeeping needs at the time of contract signing.

How long will my contract last?

Typically, contracts are for a period of 12 months or longer, however; the great thing about having contracted bookkeeping services is that we can mold our packages to fit your individual needs. Contact us today for your complimentary consultation.

Is QuickBooks Online the only software available?
